Little Wolfies provides health and fitness programs for children from toddler to primary school age. We use imagination based games to teach and develop fundamental body movements with animal characteristics starring as the key component.
Providing such a program not only focuses on the physical development, but educates the children on healthy eating, sustainable environmental practises, and limits time in front of screens.
Each and every session focuses on different fundamental and functional body movements, ensuring the children are active and moving the right way from an early age.
Having a healthy imagination is key in creative development, that is why we create games that requires the children to pretend they are the animals whose characteristics they are embodying.
By making each and every session a fun and enjoyable experience, the children are ore likely to want to mimic the skills learned outside of class.
